Using the Web Call Feature

Please Note:
The Web Call feature only works with Firefox or Chrome browsers.
Web Call does not work with Safari or Internet Explorer browsers. It also does not work on iPhones or iPads.
If you have an iPhone or iPad you can also use Google Hangouts to access the YOM calls.  Click here for information on how to use Google Hangouts to access the YOM calls.

You can access the calls via Web Call feature by clicking on the Web Call button located on the YOM Live Calls page.
(Please see below for screenshots and instructions on how to use the Web Call feature.)

On the next screen, enter your name and location so that the host knows who is connecting, or you can connect anonymously:

Next, your browser will ask you for permission to access your microphone. Click 'allow'.

Using Web Call Controls
Once connected, you will see the following Web Call controls as the host or when there are no slides enabled for the guest:

A few U.S. and Canadian destinations will cost 1 cent per minute (USD), or the listed rate for your local currency.
Calling isn't available from some countries, such as Mexico and Argentina.
